Description
A concrete mixer with a particularly strong and reliable construction. The concrete mixer requires ONLY one working hydraulic line from the tractor or loader that rotates the mixing element, and the mortar discharge valve is opened electromagnetically. The mixer screw is rotated by a hydraulic drive. Concrete mixer bearings have separate lubrication points. A very convenient connection of the concrete mixer to the loader/tractor, which allows you to quickly and easily (with the help of screws) change it and, if necessary, adapt it to another model of loader or tractor.
The concrete mixer is made of high-quality sheet steel:
The mixing element is made of wear-resistant steel, thickness – 12 mm
The bottom/top of the mixer is made of structural steel, thickness – 6 mm
The sides of the mixer are made of 10 mm thick structural steel
The mixing blade is made of wear-resistant HARDOX steel.
The concrete mixer is equipped with EURO connectors as standard, but it is possible to make the connector for all models of other loaders or tractor manufacturers. This mixer is also suitable for telescopic handlers.
